Golden Years Tax Strategy does not currently provide visitor accounts, user login, payment processing, or a public website database. The website may link visitors to third-party services such as Calendly, YouTube, social media platforms, analytics tools, and the website hosting platform.
Website Data
If you contact the practice, book a consultation, or send information through a third-party scheduling or communication tool, the information may be stored by that third-party platform and may also be retained by Golden Years Tax Strategy for scheduling, follow-up, business records, professional obligations, security, or legal compliance.
How To Request Deletion
To request deletion or correction of personal information held by Golden Years Tax Strategy, contact the practice through the booking or contact path on the website, or through the communication channel you already use with the practice.
Include your name, the email address or phone number used, the approximate date of the interaction, and a clear description of the information you want deleted or corrected.
Limits On Deletion
Some information may need to be retained where required for client records, professional obligations, tax or accounting records, dispute prevention, security, or legal compliance. If information is controlled by a third-party platform, you may also need to use that platform's privacy or account tools to complete the deletion request.
Platform-Controlled Data
Data associated with Calendly, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, Google, Squarespace, GitHub, Cloudflare, or another external platform is governed by that platform's own privacy policy and account controls.
These instructions are practical baseline website copy and should be reviewed by the practice before final public launch or material changes to data collection.
